"After making contact with email and arranging details via email and phone, I confirmed intervention for hair transplantation. I have got to the location easy because it is 20 minutes from the airport, near the center of town. If someone comes there by own car, there is also a private garage provided. The premises are very pleasant and well equipped so everyone feels comfortable at all times. Staff is professional and very kind, I can say all the best for them because they make me feel safe and relaxed and they helped me with even specific requirements. Although my procedure was quite challenging(larger number of hair) it practically has passed painlessly thanks to precision given local anesthesia. Its obvious that behind the main doctor (Maria Balkovic), who performed the entire procedure herself, is a large number of such procedures, which to me was very important. The healing process has progressed well with detailed instructions that I got. And of course, what is most important, result of the intervention was excellent, I am satisfied not only by the amount of succeeded transplanted hair but also with natural appearance of treated region .
