Expanded procedures due to enhanced safety measures at the clinic during the COVID pandemic

MBC Clinic continues to operate, but with increased precautionary measures and the use of prescribed protection.

1. Before coming to the clinic, every patient will undergo a phone screening one day prior to the examination or procedure, which will be repeated upon arrival.
2. All patients are required to enter the clinic wearing a mask that covers both mouth and nose.
3. Every patient is asked to step into the disinfection barrier located at the clinic entrance.
4. Upon entering the clinic, body temperature will be measured contactlessly. Patients are also asked to check their own temperature in the evening and the morning before arriving at the clinic.
5. After arrival, patients will disinfect their hands and wash them with soap and water.
6. Masks must not be removed during the stay at the clinic.
7. Patients must come to the clinic alone, without companions, whether for an examination or a procedure.
8. Whenever possible, all staff will maintain social distancing towards patients, and patients are kindly asked to do the same.
9. The duration of consultations will be limited to the time necessary for the doctor to conduct a thorough examination. All additional explanations regarding the procedure (pre- and postoperative instructions, etc.) and answers to further questions will be provided in written form and orally over the phone.
10. Mandatory sterilization of the premises with a germicidal lamp will be performed after each examination.
