Your safety and the safety of our staff come first!
MBC Clinic continues to operate, but with increased precautionary measures and the use of prescribed protection.
- Before coming to the clinic, every patient will undergo a phone screening one day prior to the examination or procedure, which will be repeated upon arrival.
- All patients are required to enter the clinic wearing a mask that covers both mouth and nose.
- Every patient is asked to step into the disinfection barrier located at the clinic entrance.
- Upon entering the clinic, body temperature will be measured contactlessly. Patients are also asked to check their own temperature in the evening and the morning before arriving at the clinic.
- After arrival, patients will disinfect their hands and wash them with soap and water.
- Masks must not be removed during the stay at the clinic.
- Patients must come to the clinic alone, without companions, whether for an examination or a procedure.
- Whenever possible, all staff will maintain social distancing towards patients, and patients are kindly asked to do the same.
- The duration of consultations will be limited to the time necessary for the doctor to conduct a thorough examination. All additional explanations regarding the procedure (pre- and postoperative instructions, etc.) and answers to further questions will be provided in written form and orally over the phone.
- Mandatory sterilization of the premises with a germicidal lamp will be performed after each examination.
